When you recognize the source of the pain on all five energetic levels healing can begin from the inside out. Lucinda's proven three-step practice breaks up the energy (to learn the lesson), sweeps it away then fills the void with intention. In these coaching sessions, we address an obstacles or block that hinders your progress. We review a few of your gifts and strengths that support you. She will shine light on what is hidden, stand beside you and hold you accountable to see beyond the old program. Tools are offered, in the session, to aid you along your journey. These tools support you as you gain clarity and inner knowledge for you to heal and renew.
